not I who would give advice, but I was very pleased to recall good and bad things of my childhood. I I made peace with the past, but I've never fought for it, and I comment: it is pleasant to remember many things. And the advice? Take your time and visit your excolegio, the park they went, the colony where they lived, etc.. Maybe it is not the same as you remember but may reflect some of the good they have accomplished.
